• Duly filled registration form & DD / Pay order in favor of 63rd INDIAN PHARMACEUTICAL CONGRESS, Bangalore, (Bank : State Bank of Mysore, S.B. A/C NO. 64075732678 , IFSC code: SBMY0040522) is to be submitted before the deadline.
• Acknowledgement & the receipt of registration will be sent to the email mentioned in the registration form & it is compulsory requirement during registration.
• Registration form received after 30th November 2011 will be considered as spot registration & it is subject to LOC approval.
• Student must enclose individual bonafide certificate from the Head of the institution.
• Registration fees is not refundable & non transferable.
• Attendance certificate will be inserted in the delegate kit, which will be provided.
• Foreign delegates need valid passport & visa. They should ensure early registration & they will receive an acknowledgement letter.
• Health care team will be available during all time of conference & please intimate the medical history of illness which will be kept confidential.

• E-receipt will be sent after 15th November 2011 to the respective email ids.
• Online registration: The candidates who registered online but not sent Original DDs are required to send them to the secretariat office of the IPC immediately.
• During the online registration if you have not received the acknowledgement, please give details regarding date, time of transaction and other relevant information for verification. The e-receipt will be communicated to the respective delegates after verification in a short time.
• In case of difficulty in online registration, please send the DDs and registration forms to the secretariat office of IPC.
• The last date for registration is extended up to 07-11-2011 (with the registration fee as per prevailing rate upto 31-10-2011).
